Founder and Managing Director
Fransiska Dwi Lee
Fransiska Dwi is a seasoned banker with more than two decades of experience in local and international financial institutions based in Singapore.
The experience in the insurance and banking industry provided her with in-depth knowledge of managing insurance and investment portfolio for high and ultra high net-worth clients.
Prior to establishing Permata Venture, Fransiska was part of UBS Singapore Private Banking team for syndicated loan, share pledging and other IB deals.
She holds a Bachelor of Computing, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from National University of Singapore.
Executive Director
Joseph Eric Lee
Eric Lee is a seasoned marketing consultant with more than fifteen years of experience in Commerce and eCommerce industry in the Southeast Asia region.
Prior to his joining of the firm, Eric was actively involved in marketing projects in Malaysia and Singapore. A major part of his specialty is the management of marketing turnaround projects for MNC brands.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing/International Trade) from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.
